Marama Organics - Food, Farming and Friendship!

Welcome to Marama Organics, based at Marama Farm in South Otago, New Zealand.  Marama Farm is a 3000 acre, organically certified and committed sheep and beef farm.  The team at Marama are all about improving human health, through Food, Farming and Friendship.  We love to share our food, our organic farm and our lives with New Zealanders and people from all over the world.

The farm, with 6,500 sheep and a few hundred cattle, has been operating under organic principles since August 2005.  Marama Farm is certified by BioGro (number 5025).   We have 3000 acres of organic land, over 7 km of river (brilliant for fishing) and even our own airstrip in case you want to fly direct!

We welcome WWOOFers and other visitors interested in trading enthusiastic labour in exchange for a fun and entertaining authentic Kiwi farm experience.
